Nearly four years after Jason O’Donnell was targeted in a wide-ranging state undercover sting, the New Jersey Supreme Court on Monday upheld bribery charges against the former state Assemblyman who was running for mayor in Bayonne when he allegedly accepted $10,000 in cash from a crooked Morristown tax attorney.
